As a Barista at the Wild Flour, you’ll prepare and serve our premium coffees and teas as well as our delicious sweet and savoury food products. You’ll engage with our customers, make recommendations and go over and above to deliver great service every time. Our Baristas are at the forefront of creating meaningful experiences for Wild Flour guests.

We prefer a minimum of one year of barista experience, plus a commitment to exceptional customer service and great interpersonal skills. We seek valuable team players with a friendly and positive attitude. Wild Flour is a fun and energetic environment with community spirit, and we seek front-line faces that exude the same.
