We use Kingpin espresso from Chronicle Specialty Coffee Roasters. It is a medium roast with a blend of beans from Mogiana, Brazil and Huila, and Colombia. Grown at elevations 1520m-1770m. Tasting notes are raspberry, mango, naturally sweet
